Plus Size Big Bra Guide with Sexy Models

Plus Size Big Bra Guide with Sexy Models - Plus Size Big Bra Guide with Sexy Models Contrary to popular belief, the bra alphabet goes beyond a D! From E cups to J cups and beyond, there are plenty of brands creating beautiful, supportive (and even budget-friendly!) bras for fuller busts. While many of these options won't be at your local mall, all of them are available to buy online. And with free shipping and returns from companies like Nordstrom and Journelle, there's almost no risk to trying something new. Go beyond the boring, beige t-shirt bra with one of these ten companies!
A luxurious essential, the Figleaves Essence Ultimate Smoothing Strapless Bra creates a super smooth foundation with beautifully soft microfibre. The removable, multiway straps are super versatile, whilst the silicone elastic offers extra support, from B-H cup.

The Pretty Everyday and Beautifully decorated with spot embroidery, the Lulu Tout Amelie Underwired Bra is so pretty you won’t want to cover it up. Specially designed for DD-H cups, this gorgeous bra maintains a delicate, feminine feel with thinner straps and smaller back fastenings.

The Smooth Seamfree
Designed with silky, seamless microfibre cups, the Chantelle Irresistible T-Shirt Bra is the perfect update with a classic t-shirt shape. With a smooth, natural looking fit, this must-have bra also has convertible straps for optional support.
P.S. Wondering how some of these brands fit? Take a look at Bratabase. It has hundreds of user-generated reviews.

Curvy Kate
One of several UK-based companies on this list, Curvy Kate rose to prominence with their "Star in a Bra" competition, which finds the brand's next model from among their customers. Since Curvy Kate's 2009 debut, they've become one of the most popular names in the full-bust lingerie market. Curvy Kate is known for bright, fun colors, and their balconette bras in particular are well-liked.

Recommended Style: The Portia.

Panache
Another UK label, Panache offers a wide range of options with four distinct sub-brands. Panache, the core brand, is all about classic, English style. Cleo by Panache, their 'juniors' range, features bold colors and vivid patterns. Sculptresse, Panache's plus size division, offers bras in beautiful prints and colors for larger band cup and cup sizes, and Panache Black is their more luxury focused sub-brand. This makes Panache a great place to start the bra hunt, especially if you're still figuring out your style.

Recommended Style: The Lucy.

Elomi
A plus size, full bust brand, Elomi is one of three names on this list owned by Wacoal, a major Japanese lingerie conglomerate. Elomi is all about sophisticated silhouettes, and this is the brand I'd recommend if you're fuller-figured and looking for underpinnings for a big event (like prom!).

Recommended Style: The Imogen (or the Anushka!)

Goddess
The second label on this list dedicated exclusively to the plus size customer, Goddess is also owned by Wacoal. While this brand has always offered a steady range of reliable basics, Goddess has recently upped their game with gorgeous on-trend prints and laces. Even if you've seen this brand before, give them a second look. Things have changed.

Recommended Style: The Kayla in Bella Coral.

Freya
The third and final Wacoal brand name on this list, Freya is world-famous for their Deco range, a versatile group of molded cup bras that almost everyone seems to fall in love with. Freya is the place to go for everyday basics — they even make a soft, wirefree bralette if you prefer a bra with less structure.

Recommended Style: The Deco (of course).

Parfait by Affinitas
A U.S. company, Parfait by Affinitas is an excellent budget-friendly option. Since they're not carried in department stores, Parfait by Affinitas is a bit of an under-the-radar brand, but they're perfect for dipping your toes into the waters of full bust lingerie.

Recommended Style: The Charlotte.

Figleaves
You may be familiar with Figleaves as a UK-based lingerie retailer, but this company also has an amazing (and amazingly affordable!) in-house DD+ focused lingerie line. And you have to visit the Figleaves outlet section, where bras are up to 75% off.

Recommended Style: The Isla.

Playful Promises
Yes, it's another British brand (can you tell the UK is on top of things when it comes to larger cup sizes?). Playful Promises just debuted their line of full bust lingerie a few months ago, and it was one of my favorite collections of 2015.

Recommended Style: The Portia.

Claudette
Our second U.S. brand, Claudette is perfect if you hate contour cups (i.e. t-shirt bras), and just want an unlined cup that's as beautiful as it is functional (random fact: cut-and-sew bras are more supportive than t-shirt bras because of the seams). If you're on a budget, Claudette has an amazing clearance section of discontinued colorways. Just click the 'Shop Encore' link at the top of their site.

Heidi Klum Intimates
Heidi Klum Intimates (formerly known as Elle Macpherson Intimates) is probably the most famous lingerie brand on this list, and they've been doing fuller bust versions of their most-popular styles for years. If you're tired of your favorite bra being discontinued or you want a bra that doesn't "look" like it's made for fuller busts, Heidi Klum Intimates is your brand.

The Sofia Underwire.
Wearing beautiful lingerie is a way of embracing and celebrating your body. As the first thing you put on and the last thing you take off, lingerie should not only be comfortable, it should be representative of who you are - even if no one else sees it. Hopefully, one of these ten brands will help you find that perfect bra.
